It would appear that in some societies in Western Europe and Asia, there is a growing concern that people are not reproducing as much as they need to be able to maintain the population. An especially troubling place seems to be the small, but technologically booming country of Japan. Armed with a tragic history and a culture that many consider to be extreme, Japan is having a difficult time convincing their population that getting married and having kids is the necessary thing to do.
