American Water Spaniel Dog

The American Water Spaniel is a hardy dog that is muscular and active. His head is in proportion to the body but is fairly long. It has a square looking muzzle. This has a wide nose with large nostrils that are black or can be brown. The teeth are of level bite or scissor bite. The eyes are yellow-brown in colour and can shade down to dark brown. Their eyes are wide and seem to show great personality. Their ears are set at eye level and are covered in curls, long and hanging down. Their legs are of medium length. Their coat colours can vary from liver brown, chocolate. You can get a little white on the toes and chest. Their coat is double and can be curly or wavy. They have a lovely well feathered tail that is thick at the base and runs out to a point. They live for around 15 years. They are 15 to 18 inches in height.

Border Terrier Dog

The Border Terrier is a small, sturdy, medium bone dog. The muzzle is not long, and usually dark. They have wide spaced eyes that are usually dark in colour. The ears are V-shaped and set on the side of the head, dropping towards the cheeks. Their teeth are strong and meet in a scissor bite. The cheeks are normally dark in colour. Their nose is black. This breed’s front legs are strong, but do not look hefty. They have a medium sized tail that is wide to look at and tapers to the end. This dog has dense wiry, double coat. The colours, we see are grizzle and tan, red, blue and tan and wheaten. White on the chest is permitted in small amounts.

Cat Aggression in the Middle of the Night

We recently had some new neighbors move in next door and they brought their cat with them. This is all fine and good however they leave the cat out all night which I do not leave ours out even though we have a 6′ privacy fence we do not let ours out unattended.
