Grilling – Cook Scrumptious Meals

On the other hand, the principle of direct conduction on the other hand is applied when cooking is done with a grill pan or griddle. Direct heat grilling typically makes use of cooking temperatures that go beyond 500 degrees Fahrenheit or 260 degrees Celsius. Grilling gives food a unique aroma that is achieved through the chemical process referred to as the Maillard reaction.

One of the best types of grills today are those that run on electricity. These are really advantageous as to the reason that they don’t make use of gas or charcoal, which is often associated with nasty fumes. With an electric grill, you no longer need to worry about running out of gas or charcoal while you are in the middle of a grilling session.
